I awoke to the sound of the room phone.

“Good morning Mistress how may I serve you?” I automatically said as I answered it.

“Errm this is reception: this is your morning call as requested and a reminder Mr Frenchmaid that checkout is in an hour.”

“An hour! Did I sleep through Sunday? The booking was for two nights – I confirmed that when I checked in last night.”

“Yes sir it was for two nights but the lady that made the booking cancelled the extra night prior to checking out last night at about 8pm.”

I just put the phone down and grabbed the clutch bag and pulled out the cell phone: it wasn’t switched on. I pressed the on button but nothing happened. I was starting to panic now and pressed the button again still nothing, now I was really panicking! I had $20 in my purse, my shoes, underwear and a coat and I was in Vegas, I couldn’t afford to stay an extra night and so had to check out which would mean going to reception and being seen dressed as a woman in the daylight. “Okay first things first – shower, shave, makeup and dress.”

I headed to the bathroom and got going. Within twenty five minutes I was ready to leave the room, my coat buttoned up and my makeup in my pockets and the money and dead phone in the clutch bag. I opened the room door and took a quick look into the corridor; there was a couple walking to the elevator. As I didn’t know how long we would be waiting for it to arrive I decided to let them go and as soon as I heard the doors closed I would walk to the doors and call the elevator and hopefully it would come straight up from the Kartal Esmer Escort lobby and be empty. The doors closed and I quickly walk along the corridor glancing back hoping no one else would be coming out of their rooms. “Room 234 checking out please,” I said to the clerk behind the desk.

She didn’t look up; just tapped away on the computer.

“I hope you enjoyed your stay. There is one additional room service charge of $17.95 for a drinks order last night Mr. Frenchmaid,” she said quizzically looking up.

“I will print out the receipt sir. We accept all major credit cards.”

“And cash I hope?” I added before she could finish.

“Don’t worry about the change and thank you for being so sweet,” I said and quickly turned to leave. As I was looking down putting my purse back into my bag, I didn’t notice another guest and bumped straight into them.

She turned and headed to the check out before I could answer. I pulled my coat tight and headed to the exit and stepped out in to the parking area. What was I going to do now? No money and no way to get home. Fighting back the tears, I started to walk in the direction of the bus terminal; the walk would give me time to come up with a plan as to how I would get home. I put the seat belt on – still with the coat open and my underwear on show to anybody that looked in through the window. We pulled out of the car park and headed towards the center of town. When we got to a red light Maddi stopped the car and turned to me.

“Tina I am going to give you a choice but you only have until the lights change to make a decision!”

She continued. “I can turn here and take you to the bus terminal and give you some money for the bus home, or you can come and stay with me and we can continue your maid’s training, which is it to be?”

“Training,” I quickly answered just as the light started to change.

“Good choice,” she said. “And now you can call me Mistress Maddi!”

“Yes Mistress Maddi: thank you.”

We drove on for a couple of hours with Mistress Maddi questioning me about my life and loves and of course she wanted to know all about Tina. I explained my start into cross-dressing and ended by explaining how I ended up at the hotel over this weekend.
